Description
AS3143 Electric Screed
The electric heated screed is powered by an onboard generator with independent temperature control in all four sections. Three heating elements for each screed section ensure uniform heating over the entire screed plate.
Material Feeding System
The hoppers are hydraulically operated and independently controlled facilitating applications close to walls or other vertical objects. The asphalt mix is carried to the screed by a heavy-duty steel conveyor and is distributed by two independently controlled augers, with reversible rotation. Three automatic material feed sensors provide correct amount of material to the screed. Augers can be hydraulically raised to avoid obstacles, facilitate machine loading on trailer and assembly of the paving width reduction option group. Conveyor and augers are reversible.
Operator's Platform
The operator drives the paver from the platform positioned behind the screed. The console panel is fully equipped with comprehensive controls allowing a single operator to conveniently monitor all machine functions. The operator platform is fitted with an operator presence detector enabling machine functions when the operator is in the driving position.
Serviceability
The AP255E ensures excellent access to all machine parts requiring scheduled maintenance. Large access doors provide quick and easy inspection of main components.

Delivery Policy
Customers are responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery and stating any damages or issues beforehand. Inability to do so can make them answerable to any unstated damages.
For faster delivery, we recommend customers within the same city to opt for the self-pickup option.
In case of any delays in the delivery, the rental period will be postponed.
Customers are free to extend the rental period post delivery.

Refund Policy
At the end of the rental period, 100% rental security will be returned to the customer on the following conditions:
There are no damages on the equipment and it is working condition
There are no delays in return
In case of any damages or late return, a reimbursement will be deducted from the rental security.
In case of late cancellation, rental security will be deducted as follows:
After free cancellation period - $30
After 24 hours of free cancellation period - $100
After 48 hours of free cancellation period -$150
After 72 hours of free cancellation period - $200
Afterward the deduction will be $100 per day
No refund will be provided incase of cancellation before 24 hours of the beginning of the rental period.
Delivery costs will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
